We happily take custom orders for parties, weddings and special occasions. 

 

**ONCE INVOICE IS PAID YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING -PLEASE READ ALL**

 

SHIPPING: Items are created and shipped in order.  Your custom items are shipped out approximately 7-10 days, if not sooner. 

 

Please confirm your shipping address on PayPal or Squares, this address will be the ONLY address I will use unless you have discussed additional details. 

 

Please understand that I do not guarantee shipping times.  I guarantee I will ship an item on time from my 7-10 day shipping policy, after that it is out of my hands, and I have no control.  If there are any issues due to the Post Office, you may decline to accept the package and ship it back without opening it and I will refund the total for the items but not the shipping charges.  If you accept and decide to return back to me after opening the box, I will only refund half the item amount.  Any shipping cost to return back to me, will be at your expense and I will not refund the original shipping costs on this as well. 

 

All orders will receive tracking numbers for the order that can be checked via USPS.COM

I will be more than glad to add insurance, or expedited shipping with additional charges, just let me know.  Any orders that need to be re-shipped due to incorrect buyer information, or USPS error will be charged a $10 fee and re-shipping charges.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

If for any reason there is a refund before any item has been started due to any reason, I will refund the payment. 

 

All of my items are FULLY custom made and are non-refundable.  However, it is absolutely important for me to know you are 100% happy with your items, so I do ask that you please let me know of any specifics that you want (for example specific colors, patterns, images, etc.) or anything you do not want to see so I can be sure to meet your expectations.  I do ask for all of your detailed wording/spelling information, so if there are any errors on my end, I will be sure to correct either before your items ship out or afterwards at no additional cost to you.   If error is not due to my end, additional charges will be charged for changes, along with a $10 rush order fee and additional shipping charges if necessary.
